Jon grew up locally in Marlborough, Massachusetts. He competed in Junior tennis through the Longfellow clubs with his peak ranking for USTA at #2 in New England. After playing the number one slot for Xaverian Brothers High School for three years, he went on to compete at Division I, Stonehill College, where he graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Jon began his teaching career at the age of 13 at Longfellow during the summers. For the next 5 years his main teaching focus was children in red ball (ages 4-8). From there, he excelled and eventually went back to teach full time after graduating from Stonehill in 2021. He gained experience teaching everyone from absolute beginners to high level high school and adult players. Jon is excited to join Nashawtuc and meet new people as well as expand his arsenal of teaching tools while providing a great experience for the membership!
